Chow Time!

I am on to my second bottle, only 20ml each time but I have to start somewhere. They want me to eat a little more than that, so another day of work for me. I look all nice and peaceful in some of these pictures, but what you can't see or HEAR is the remodeling going on next door. Jackhammers are going and I can't rest, but the doctors said they want me to work and eat all day. Oh Yea, they took my Foley Catheter out this morning also. Stopped most my IVs. My Blood Pressure is staying up and my Potassium levels and Oxygen levels are looking good. They keep saying that I am progressing very well. I am soooo glad to hear from everyone and will keep the information coming as I progress.

Lookin good little man, glad to hear you're taking milk and losing tubes and/or wires. They'll be fighting over who gets to hold you in no time.

You DO look peaceful. Sorry about the jackhammers but I bet you'll get used to the noise and that'll probably come in handy once you get home. From what I've heard, Kaden could give the jackhammer a run for it's money.
You keep fighting, little man!

You're looking great today sweetheart! Bet your Mom and Dad are too. Each "thing" that comes off probably just makes them that much "perkier"! When Kaden comes back he'll probably show them how to run that jackhammer properly! :) Keep on Keeping on!!

Sounds like everything is going super!! Hope things are a bit more peaceful for all of you. Madox, you are tooooo cute! You look so alert in all of your "portraits"! Keep eating, peeing, so on and so on, so you can get home very soon. I'm sure your sister and brother are ready for their family to get home and back to normal - whatever normal is! :) Have a terrific - restful day.

You are doing so good!! I am so happy to see you drinking a bottle. It is also great to hear all the great things happening (i.e., foley coming out, IVs coming out, etc.) Keep it up, because I want to see smiles on your parents' faces when I see them this weekend. Remember, that all these people love you and we are sending that love and strength your way! Again, hugs and kisses!

This guy is putting all of us to shame!! His daily accomplishments are fabulous, my big one for the day was grocery shopping!! He looks so alert and perky in the pics. Thanks so much for putting them out here for us to see, it really helps ease our minds! Jen, I told you he had amazing skin, his little face is just perfect after having all that stuff taped to him!! Keep up the hard work Madox, I'll check on you when I get home from work!!

I love you!

Great pictures!!! I'm so glad to hear that the wires are starting to find their way off you and out of your room. Knowing how load Brenna can be. Gavin will definitely tell you that if Kaden is anything like Brenna, you will definietly need to get used to the noise in order to get any sleep once you are home. Keep up the hard work. We can't wait to see you this weekend.

Tell Mom and Dad that we said hi and that we are thinking of each of you. Oh...and tell Mom that we will wait for you to get home before we go to Darcy's for lunch so you can join us! :-)

Kurt and Jen, miracles never stop happening! Madox looks as if nothing ever happened to him. He's so darn cute you'd think he has a little Thompson blood in him. Ha ha! What a trooper! Soon this will all be over and your family can be back to normal again. Thanks for keeping us all informed throughout this whole process. You guys are amazing! Madox, keep getting stronger and before too long, you'll get to go home and really keep mom and dad up at night for those 2am feedings!

Lots of love,
Thomps and the gang

Kurt and Jen, there's not a minute that goes by that I don't think about you and your family. The constant prayers that are being sent your way are surely helping. Looking forward to your next update.
